I wish this glove were a bit longer to cover the jacket so snow didn't enter. They are super warm and keep you dry.
I got the large in women's. I probably could have bought the medium men's

These mittens kept my hands nice and warm.
Initially, I missed a strap where I can attach my pole straps but I worked it out. The narrow wrist part takes getting used to when putting these mitten on and off but it keeps hands nice and warm.
