I live in Wisconsin and this coat isn't meant for cold weather. On a mildly cold day (28 degrees), the coat doesn't keep you warm. For a fall and spring (30 degrees +) coat, it's perfect but long.
I do not recommend this product.

The coat looks great, feels great, fits great and is really, really warm, which is what I was looking for. Love the coat!!
I would recommend this product.
