I used these as a contact glove for most the winter up in Alaska. I was surprised with how long they lasted with the heavy day to day use. I used them from everything from shoveling the record breaking snowfall to setting up military tents in the ice. They are fairly warm by themselves and the fit is pretty true. However the wrist was a bit tight because there is no real stretch.
I'll be buying another set of theses.
I would recommend this product.

The gloves are warm for their thickness. But wrist area is tight and awkward to put on due to lack of elastic. And the lamination on the fingers/palm that is supposed to help with grip is mediocre in function and location. Design could have been better.
