I wore this shirt to Joshua Tree Park in the Californian desert last week ( Feb. ) and true to its discription , it kept me dry and unsunburned. We hiked 6.5 miles in full sun and I couldn't have been happier.
I would recommend this product.

Super nice shirt - the wife loves the look and I love the functionality. One super nice feature is that it does not stink after long use...some "wicking" shirts tend to get a little nasty smelling but this one is standing up!
I would recommend this product.

Wore the shirt on a 15 mile day hike in Arches National Park. The temperature was upper 70's with full sun all day. I stayed comfortable all day and did not get too much sun. The shirt worked well, and the high collar really protected me towards the late afternoon.
I would recommend this product.
