The shorts fit great , I have 3 colors the length of the short is the issue. Per the add at mountain Hardware inseam length is 12" the short should be 10 or 11".I am 6' 2" and 210 lbs of muscle . By the way why did you up date only 2 color with a button at the top at the waist line. The other color have snaps button at the waist.
I would recommend this product.

These are really nice shorts. I'm 6'3" 175 lbs.. I appreciate the 12" inseam and that MH offers them in a 33" waist. My only issue is with the hand pockets. They are a little small and they use the soft, felt like material that is used around the inside waistband. Around the waistband it feels nice, but in the pockets it snags on any sharp corner of your finger nails or pointy piece of dry skin along the finger nail.
I would recommend this product.

I have both the shorts and regular legged version of these pants and absolute love them. They are my new "jeans". The fabric is bullet proof and extremely comfortable. The only negative is that if you sit on the ground or lay down, items will spill out of the front pockets.
I would recommend this product.

perhaps i didn't do my homework on these shorts but they are longer than i expected. I am 5' 11", 180, these shorts drop at or below my knees which is longer than i had hoped for. I was looking for a lighter weight stretch material, these are a fairly thick material, certainly durable but not as cool as I had hoped considering Las Vegas summer conditions. Good shorts, just not what i was looking for.
I do not recommend this product.

My husband loves these shorts not only for their quality and fit but because they just don't wrinkle. He can wear them while drive for long periods of time and when he gets out of the car he is wrinkle free. I think these would be the only shorts he'd own if he didn't have others in his closet already. A fabulous product.
I would recommend this product.

The other reviews on this product were right on - especially when I read another review on these shorts before I purchased a pair about someone who has a 36 waist normally and the shorts were too big. So I ordered the size 34 for my husband who is a 36 and the 34 waist size in this pair of shorts was perfect. My husband is thin and 6'2 ''and the shorts look really sharp on him!!! I wish they had a pair like these for women!!!. Generally we love Mountain Hardware if there are plenty of pockets and zippers with shorts or pants since he bikes and this way wallets and money don't fall out. I wish it came in more colors too!!!
I would recommend this product.

I own several pairs of the Piero pants and was excited to get a pair of the shorts. I will say that the shorts are just as nice as the pants. The side poscket on the shorts are slightly larger than on the pants. The sizing feels like it is one size bigger in the shorts. I would like to see them in Forest.
I would recommend this product.

I purchased some Piero shorts and Piero pants at the same time, both size 33. The pants fit very well - the shorts were huge. Comparing the waists of each, the waist of the shorts was at least 2 inches larger. Yet they were both labled 33 in.

Love the construction, look, feel, and function of these shorts. But, I found sizing tough. My old standby favorite shorts (also Mtn Hardwear) had a built in waist adjustment. These shorts do not, so the fit has to be spot on, or your wearing a belt, which I am not a fan of.
I would recommend this product.

I have two pair of the Piero pants and love them. I'm not a climber. I'm just a normal guy who loves Mountain Hardwear stuff. These shorts are the best I've ever tried on. I live in Phoenix so shorts are worn a lot here. I may never take these off. If you love the Piero pants then this is an easy purchase. Thank you MH for providing a great product.
I would recommend this product.
