I purchased this shirt for hiking but have subsequently discovered its versatility for workouts and as a base layer when traveling. The construction is soft on the inside but sturdy enough that it doesn't sag or stretch too much. The only critique is that the color selection is limited- mine is black and I would buy a couple of more, but the only 2 other available colors are too "loud."
I would recommend this product.

I have tried many other athletic shirts, and none have compared to this. Extremely breathable and you would never know that you were sweating. Other brands will advertise that their material is so breathable that you will never sweat. Obviously you're going to start sweating if you're working as hard as you should be. With the Elmoro and the Wick Q technology, as soon as sweat reaches your skin the shirt grabs it and thrusts it through the shirt so that it can evaporate on the outermost portion of the shirt. I am extremely impressed and am contemplating ordering a few more of these.
As far as sizing goes, I am 5'7" about 158 lbs with an athletic build and the medium fits perfectly. Enjoy.
