Review 1 for Men's Snowzilla™ Insulated Jacket

How would you grade this itemʼs materials, construction and workmanship?
How well this item performed in its intended use, and beyond.
1. The hand warmer pockets are ridiculously shallow. I have to scrunch my hand up to fit it inside it. You'd never want to keep keys or a phone or pretty much anything in them. No reason for it as the jacket is fairly long so there's room to extend the pockets further.
2. The hood - description says it's helmet compatible. What it doesn't say is that it's ONLY helmet compatible. If you're not wearing a helmet, it flops forward over your head so it's hanging over your eyes. My old MHW shell had an adjustment strap on the back of the hood that reduced its size fore/aft. This has no similar adjustment. The hood is useless unless you're wearing a hood or a ball cap to keep it out of your eyes.
3. Minor gripe - at the bottom of the main zipper are two large snaps. They don't appear to serve any useful function. But if you don't snap them every time you put the jacket on, they click together and rattle when you walk. Quite annoying.
On the plus side, the jacket is fairly long so provides insulation over your butt. It's roomy in the shoulders for a big guy like me. If you only intend to use it for skiing (with a helmet) it might be OK.
