Freshwater explorer and hiker in the nastiest of weather. Perfect and well weighted mid layer. Wind, cold and rain - keeps your body dry and warm with a good base layer and gortex waders. I am 6'3, 210lbs and found the XL a perfect fit if you only have a base layer underneath which is what it was designed for but any clothing underneath that would be thicker than an active wear base layer would make it a tad on the small side.
I would recommend this product.

I bought this piece to layer under my climbing gear. Out of the package I though it was a bit of a loose fit, but once I got on with my other layers I thought it was a perfect fit. The right combo of thickness and warmth. It moves with you and isn't restrictive even on long overhead reaches or when pulling your knees way up. The rainbow slider is invaluable especially on my pre-climb pit stop at the gas station. I could do without the chest pocket, as the times I've used it it was pretty cold, so it was buried under layers that also had chest pockets. I may change my thinking if it warms up and I use just this piece underneath my shell. Bottom line, buy it.
I would recommend this product.
