The Stretch Thermal Zip is a great product on its own. It provides great warmth, has a snug fit and performs really well as a mid layer. I was also really surprised to see that it's reversible.
While I'm a big MHW fan, I'm not a fan of large logos and feel like the logo on the collar is pushing it a bit. But if that's my only complaint, we're doing pretty good.
Overall a fantastic product.
I would recommend this product.

My wife gave me last year's version of this product in grey and I love it. It is perfect for everything from hanging out to skiing to working in the yard on chilly days. Great fit, weight, warmth, easy to move in, etc. That is why I ordered what I thought would be another one in black. Much to my chagrin, the current version is much thicker, a poor fit (too small in the shoulders and I don't have broad shoulders), and generally uncomfortable. I tried it on and sent it back, much to my disappointment. Please go back to making last year's version!

I wish MH would stop messing with a masterpiece. The first version was perfect. Fabric was thick and warm, arms were form-fitting, no thumbholes, small logo on the collar.
The 2nd version, the arms got a bit wider, they added the thumbholes, which I never use. But was still acceptable.
The 3rd version that just I received does not compare to either. The fabric is noticeably thinner, the arms are WAY too wide and are not form fitting. The biggest tragedy is the logo. The size of the logo actually interferes with the function of the collar. Returning.
I do not recommend this product.

I use this as a cold-weather base-layer, and I have to say it is the most comfortable stuff ever. It is warm and fuzzy and stretches with your body. The thumb loops are great, though the cuff after the loops could be a bit tighter considering the fabric can stretch so much. Otherwise, the shirt fits like a glove. The zipper is great for venting. I could not recommend this stuff enough.

This is an excellent product. It fits well and is extremely comfortable and it has fine insulating properties. Works well on its own or as a layer under a shell. Reversable is a nice extra.

I am a big guy and buy XXL for the roominess and layering space. Most XXLs have gorilla arms and are too tight around the torso. This one is perfect -- good sleeve length and it won't crowd you around the middle. Recommended.

Really liked the way this shirt fit. It has a natural kind of elastic to it which made it fit great against the body w/ or w/o a undershirt. The thumb holes are great as well for when you are in need of a little extra warmth. Definitely recommend it for anyone who will be doing some fall hiking/camping or snowboarding this season as it works great to keep you warm but dry.
