I got this cap because I prefer keeping my peripheral vision rather than using the hood on my rain shell. It is light so it's not a problem to tuck it into a day pack. The Dry Q membrane is perfect and has never let me down. This cap gets used rain and/or shine.
This cap fits great. I have a giant Charlie Brown head and I'm able to wear this without looking like I was shoehorned into it.
My only complaint is the epically sized tags at the back of the cap. They want to flop out like a white flag of surrender. I should cut them off, but I have to choose between looking like a dork and voiding the warranty. Currently I'm the dork with the intact warranty. How about some other tag solution for future models? I promise to buy another one if you do!
