If you're worried about staying warm down to 35F then don't worry. In my experience (about 30) days in the bag, this thing is plenty warm enough for what it's expected to do. I usually carry a Sea to Summit Reactor liner to throw in just in case it gets really cold, and so far I've been sweating in the 35 Lamina without it, even when temps have gotten down to the mid-40's. Haven't been in mid-30's yet with it but I have no doubt in my mind that it would keep you warm enough.
Construction is great, although it would be nice if it came with a draft collar. I suspect however that it's like this to help prevent overheating. Also would be nice if the zipper was a little more beefy but so far, no problems at all. Sizing was slightly small but not by much, and I have no problem fitting with room to spare (6'2", 200#).
I work in the outdoor industry and use gear hard (200 days a year) and so far this bag looks like it'll stand up to wear and tear pretty well.
It is pretty tough to squeeze into that stuff sack but I've found that to be true with all of Mountain Hardware's synthetic bags and it helps it pack down to a respectable size for a non-down bag. And it's not as hard as that other guy made it sound anyway.
I would recommend this product.

This bag is no where near a 35F rating. I was cold at ~40F w/ 10 degree liner.
Also, it is a true war to pack it into the provided stuff sack. It will tick you off every morning if you are backpacking.
Great for camping, not for backpacking in cold weather.
