I got a good deal on the tent and my first time out I used a tarp. I loved the tent so much for its roominess and head space I decided to splurge and get the foot print. Great fit, and pack down so much smaller then the tarp. Great combo.

The idea of going out in great weather with only the footprint and fly and poles is like having another tent + it helps the tent floor last

I bought this footprint just for the compatibly with my tent.
Very high quality and construction.
Only compliant is I wish it was designed to fit under the vestibule are so my pack and shoes wouldn't get wet from the ground.
I used trash bags as ground protection for my gear, but it wouldn't be that much extra matterial to extend the footprint to cover the area.
I'd recommend anyone buying a MH tent to get the compatible footprint, they work great as as system.
I would recommend this product.

Easy to attach and set up with the tent. Every tent needs a good footprint. Very light and easy to pack. great accessory.

Great addition to the tent as in protecting it. Also, u can use the Pitchlight function with it for those people concern about being light weight.
