A vest pack is all about trying to increase stability and comfort, without adding a hipbelt. However, when packed full, it take's the shape of a tube which can make it uncomfortable where it contacts your back, and also reduces the stability.
If Mountain Hardwear added a removable Hardwave framesheet, it would have solved this problem. Hopefully next year, they will add it.
I'd also like to buy this in a 30 liter, as 20 liters is a tad small for some trips, and just right for others. It also needs to be hydration bladder compatiable.

Great Pack fits well and the shoulder straps do not dig into your shoulders. Love the pockets which we use to put extra lens for the camera in. Plenty of space for day hikes and even when overstuffed with items. First aide supply food, water filter and extra clothes it carries very well. Our clients love the way they look and as well want them as well.
I would recommend this product.
