I recently used this bag for an extended trip to New Zealand and Nepal. While in New Zealand I used the bag in temperatures ranging from 25 degrees to the high 60s. The bag felt warm and comfortable and when it was hot out I simply unzipped the side and left my feet/side of body out of the bag. On a two night/three day hike on Routeburn we experienced a very heavy rain and high wind causing the bag to get slightly damp, but once I got into the bag and warmed it up, it retained heat surprising well. It could have been a miserable night, but thanks to this bag it was manageable.
While in Nepal on the Annapurna Circuit, temperatures reached well below 20 degrees and I would say that the 20 degree rating on this bag is very accurate. Once below 20 I had to start bundling up with additional clothing.
The bag feels great and has solid stitching. It's warm while still stuffing down to a very compact size, which easily fits into a backpack. The stuff sack that comes with the bag is the perfect size and also well made. With months of constant use the bag has held up extremely well. If I have only one complaint about the bag it would be the lack of a neck guard, similar to that on some of the Mountain Smith bags. When using my wife's Mountain Smith I found the neck guard extremely helpful at retaining slightly more heat, especially when moving around in the middle of the night.
I would recommend this product.

I've had this bag for years and have used it right down to its 20 degree rating. The bag has never let me down. Just came back from Yellowstone with early spring temps at 23 degrees every morning I was there and I never had a cold night.
Also the bag has a slightly roomier cut than other bags I own/owned, and it is very comfortable.
I would recommend this product.

I would say first that if I wasn't an employee of Columbia, I wouldn't have purchased this sleeping bag due to it's price compared to other similar down sleeping bags I've come across.
Besides that, the bag is compact. Don't use the compression sack that is supplied by MHW since you can compress the bag into a slightly smaller stuff sack.
I recently tested it in a weekend backpacking trip in the Central Cascades with temps around 20 during the night. I didn't run into the zipper unzipping, but that could change as the velco stopper degrades over time. The bag will keep you warm, no doubt about it.
I would recommend this product.

I bought to use as I start a northbound thru hike on the AT. Just what I wanted in a 20 degree bag.

This bag was great for what I do. It is warm and yet light enough for hiking. I am a bigger than average guy, and found the bag a little bit small for my frame, but I guess it works out to be the equivalent of a performance cut mummy on the average guy.
My big complaint would be that the zip (if not fully zipped and velcroed in place) creeps open through the night. So if it's not such a cold night, and you have your arms out for example, you my find more of you exposed to the cold than you would like.
Lack of compression straps on stuff bag was initially a turn off for me, but the sleeping bag is highly compressible; far smaller than the stuff sack, and the lack of compression straps allows tighter packing in rucksack with less wasted space. I.e. you compress it into the space available.
Overall this bag is a good purchase. In any case it kept me cozy.

WARM and Cozy

Positives - This bag is warm and cozy. Stuffs really small (think honeydew mellon size).
Downside - zipper likes to creep open if the draft collar is not velcroed closed (this resulted in not receiving 5 stars).
Summary - I would buy again!
