6'1", ordered the Long...This is my first cold weather bag and I have been impressed so far. I have not had it out in the "wild" yet, but I spent a night in -5F temps in my front yard a few nights ago. Threw a bed sheet on the ground (more to keep bag clean than anything else) and a 3/4 ThermoRest on top of that. I wore some medium weight fleese tights, a light synthetic long sleeve top, a pair of plain white socks and I was comfortable all night other than not having a beanie to fend off the cold spot on my head (which was very managable by cinching down the opening and overlapping the baffles). I put a pair of boots in the toe of the bag to test space, and had plenty of room left over. The overall fit was loose enought to allow movement but tight enough that I didn't feel a ton of dead space around me. The footbox and shoulder fits were both perfect.
The weight and comressability leave a bit to be desired, but seem comparable to a synthetic bag of this rating. I will likely end up lashing this to the outside of a pack in an Event Sack or similar.
As a bonus, I was on Whitaker Mountaineering's "Shop By Summit" page and just for grins looked at Mt. Everest gear suggestions...Lamina -30 was one of their recommended bags, so I have no doubt this thing will keep me warm in the harshest conditions I intend to put myself into.
I would recommend this product.

I bought this bag for winter camping and mountaineering. The day after I received the bag the temperature at 10pm was -8 degrees F and dropping. I decided this would be a great night to test out the rating on this bag and headed outside. I didn't use a tent; just threw a tarp down on the snow and a 3/4 length therm-o-rest pro-light mat on top of that and crawled inside. I was only wearing a pair of base layers, fleece pants, thin liner gloves and a beanie but stayed warm all night and slept great. I woke up to 4" of fresh snow and the temps that night dropped below -10F. Very confident this bag will keep me warm in the coldest environments I can put myself in. The bag is as heavy as one would expect of any very warm synthetic bag, but if that's the price for a good night's sleep at sub-zero temps its probably worth it.
