I have the older conduit model of the spectre and it is hands down one of the nicest bags money can buy. Same color, and features.
I have owned it for almost three years and it looks as good as the day I bought it. Fabric is in perfect shape and it still has incredible loft. I have used it in crazy wet mid west conditions and always been more than warm enough. I sleep in a hammock most of the time and with one of Hennessy's cold weather pads I can comfortably sleep in 20 degree weather with a hat.
The zipper is very well made, and as someone else here mentioned it will of course get stuck but the inter zipper liner is a heavy nylon and releases quickly/ still in great shape.
I am a professional backcountry guide and have lead lots of extended trips with this bag never to be disappointed.
It's been all over the US with me; from spending 2 months bike touring the west coast, biking trips in Moab, to 2 week canoeing trips in BWCA. It has lived and camped in South America for months on end. I have also taken to using it as my full time comforter.
I'm 5'9, bag is good size for me with a couple extra layers and warmies at the bottom of the bag to dry or on real cold nights.
In a tent with top and bottom base layers I've been hot at 15 degrees.
This is my only sleeping bag and for good reason.
Bottom line: If you want a bag that you never have to think about beyond knowing that it's dry & cozy than spend the money. If you aren't doing some of the things I've mentioned you might be able to get away with cheaper option.
I would recommend this product.

Just took this bag on a 3 week trek in the Himalaya's and was stoked I decided to purchase this bag. It kept me warm every night when it was super cold out. Not much sweating going on inside the bag either.
I really like what MH did with the zipper in terms of its engineering. Like every other bag, the zipper would get caught, but it was easy to pull the fabric out of where it was caught and it always came loose right away. There's NOTHING worse the being freezing and having your zipper get caught....so I was very happy with this.
It also stuffs down pretty small in its stuff sack allowing for a lot of room in my pack. If your looking to invest (based in the hefty price) in a great bag you will have for years to come, I would highly recommend this one! I can't really think of any cons to be honest...other than its price of course, but it was money well spent. :)
I would recommend this product.

I've done a few cold-weather trips in this bag, and at 30 degrees, I was ventilating the footbox and only wearing a t-shirt and boxers. I could easily envision, using some baselayers and socks, using this bag well below the stated twenty-degree rating. Very comfortable; I'm 5'9 and the regular fits me quite well. The waterproofing is excellent; after several nights of extreme condensation, there was zero moisture issues in the bag. Highly recommended for COLD environments!
I would recommend this product.
